Back on Track

The next day was an awesome day.  I met a guy called Charlie on the chair lift.  We got chatting and he had done a similar course to mine a few hours away and we shared the same sort of views and ideas about snowboarding.  We got chatting and it turned out he was from Southampton.  He was a safe guy and a sick rider so we sessioned for a bit.  Sound guy to meet.  Later as we had planned I bumped into Veronica.  An awesome Italian girl who did our exams with us at Sunshine Village.  It was nice to see a friendly face.  She had a few of her mates with her from Calgary so we rode together the rest of the day.  had a sick session.

Veronica hitting the medium kickers.  Go On!

There was more fun to come though.  As the day started winding down my instructor Andy mentioned he saw a sick handplant spot off one of the runs and so after he finished work Me, Andy and Daryl went for a session.  Had a sick time and nearly got it on the last try.  Andy pulled off some sick ones.  And we got some awesome shots.  Eventually Ski Patrol came and told us to vamoose.  All in all a sick day.
 Andy smashing another plant!
A beaut of a snap!  Mainly because it doesn't show the part of the handplant where I land on my head
Daryl getting a sick plant down.  And posing for another awesome shot.
